Salon Policy
- NO EXTRA GUEST UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! It’s very important to us that each and every one of our clients is comfortable and has privacy. We take pride in having a comfortable and relaxing salon. Any unnecessary distractions will make a comfortable and relaxing experience impossible for our clients. The privacy to our clients is a main priority. Also, any extra guest will be distracting to our lash artist. We want each client that walks through our doors to have our full attention.
- All forms of payment are accepted. HOWEVER, we do prefer cash. We have an ATM at the salon, in case you do not have time to run to one before your scheduled appointment. We also have a POS system where we accept all types of Debit/Cedit cards, an extra charge of $5 will be applied. — If you wish to pay via Cash App, Venmo or Apple Pay, we do charge an extra $5.
- Foreign lashes may be accepted, depending on how the work looks. If the lashes were not placed properly/correctly, we will remove them and place a new set of lashes.
- Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes. If you do not have a lash cleanser, reach out to Lashed By JLo, we sell the BEST cleansers.
- Arrive at least 10-15 mins early. To ensure you get the most out of your appointment. And to also find parking.
- Use bathroom before your scheduled appointment begins.
- Book your next fill for 2 weeks.
- Clean your lashes EVERYDAY TWICE A DAY.
- Consent forms must be filled out BEFORE scheduled appointment. To ensure the safety of the lash artists at Lashed By JLo, and the safety of each and every one of our clients.
- Clients have a grace period of 72 hours to inform Lashed By JLo of any concerns or dislikes, that way we have the proper time to fix anything that needs to be fixed. Any feedbacks after the 72 hour grace period, will be out of the lash techs control and there won’t be much Lashed By JLo’s staff can do to help fix the issue.
- Consent forms will be linked via booking conformation page, conformation email & reminder text.
- When scheduling a touch up, it has to be exactly that, a TOUCH UP. DO NOT schedule a touch up if you need a full set or fill. You will be charged accordingly.
- PLEASE INFORM US AHEAD OF TIME IF YOU NEED A FULL SET!
Cancellation Policy
- ALL cancellations & reschedules MUST be made 48 hours ahead of time to avoid paying a new deposit.
- You are allowed a 10-15 minute grace period before being charged a late fee.
- A late fee of $30 will be added towards your service if you are up to 15 minutes late.
- Anything over 20 mins will result in a cancellation/ cancellation fee and a new deposit to reschedule.
- PLEASE contact us if you are going to be a FEW MINUTES late.

Please keep in mind, for all appointments we require a non-refundable deposit to book & secure an appointment! is goes towards the lashes! So you would just need to pay the remainder of the balance the day of the appointment. 💖
ALL deposits are made via booking page. Paying a deposit, is the only way you will be able to book an appointment.
